I’m really disappointed, my first case manager did such a poor job. He rushed through everything he did and took as little time as possible. I ended up having to be moved to Troy. Troy is amazing and the only reason my discharge was planned as smoothly and timely as possible. My therapist was the most amazing therapist I’ve ever had Robbin is truly incredible at her job. Pat is also so truly amazing, he went above and beyond for everyone and always had a smile that brought me up even in the dullest of times. Although communication is poor through the facility. Groups are very informational and helped me a lot. The biggest problem being that I was receiving MAT treatment and it took a month for the sublicade shot to be ordered, trying to receive my second shot there was an issue with insurance and I never received it; I was going to another treatment the next day and they said I had got it making it almost impossible to receive suboxon while I’m waiting on my new mat clinic to get my second shot. I had to go through insurance and have them send the cancelation of my second shot to get it cleared up. They also don’t rely on the severity of the case to decide who stays in detox, res, or php they rely on the amount of time insurance pays. I was in residential for way too long while I saw others be moved up way sooner. Seems a bit like an insurance scam and when I said that Chris (my first case manager) said he feels like it’s more of a homeless shelter which was disgusting of him to say. Chris deserves negative stars. Not cool.

This is an amazing place I recommend anyone struggling with mental health or substance abuse come here .
I was literally broken 🩼and hopeless when I arrived . First I thank Pat getting me in here making things go smoothly.
I thank Troy my case worker for always showing up and helping me get my needs met and giving me direction for my future .
Alia for taking me through my healing process especially my grieving and my batrayl issues. I couldn't have found myself with out her and doing this with patience and professionalism and kindness.
All the techs for not getting frustrated with all my breakdowns
requests.( There too many to list but you know who you are).
My group in here with me was probably the most powerful tool to finding myself. Oh let me not forget the kitchen staff the food was undeniably top chef and my food requirments always met 😋Now I'm confident, I've reunited with family and I know I do matter.(Thanks Ryan)

Your admission staff is incredible punctual caring and informative. I forget the man’s name that has been helping me through the process but I’m sure u can see who it is through the computer software, but he is just a ln incredible admissions clerk both times I have gone through the admissions process with him. He deserves at minimum a raise in salary, but I believe he should be promoted in my eyes. Checks up on me is caring and talks to you and is understanding. Also Troy as well is the absolute best he is my go to person he cares so much and gets the job done he goes above and beyond always.

Great facility , highly recommend… especially staff from boss lady miss Alicia, miss Mary, Jaz, Germany, and Troy. They really set you up for success!

This place literally saved my life.. The staff is unbelievably, caring, gentle and optimistic. All the therapist. Medical staff did everything to make everyone as comfortable as possible. Now there are always that small click that makes everything a little bit bumpy and people who are there for the wrong reasons. But for the people who desperately needed to get sober and get back to life, staff seem to recognize that and lean a little bit more in that direction. So I have absolutely nothing but good to say about the staff. The facility even the food is edible. So amen and thank you

Its a great place for recovery. Consistency, accountability, responsibility and resilience is what I've gained. Great team. Case management and therapist are truly invested in your treatment goals. The techs are very helpful and nice. Overall was worth it. Couldn't ask for a better place to go

Orlando Recovery Center literally changed my life! I have recommended to my family and friends and they say the same. They have clean and spacious bedrooms with a private bathroom. The food is prepared by a private chef and they have a dedicated recreational therapist and a large pool. The staff is amazing and go the extra mile.

Amazing staff, curriculum, felt like a family. Amazing therapists and case management that really care and work with you through any questions you may have. Sad to leave grateful for the skills I learned.
